Last month, Boda Precision finally shipped 30 sets of these fabricated houses after they passed a series of strict inspections. The house consists of two parts: the base and the roof. The base is made of carbon steel and Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG), while the roof is painted. The surface treatment was carried out in strict compliance with AS/NZS 4680:2020 and AS/NZS 1672.4. Once fitted with electrical equipment, this fabricated steel house will serve as a mobile field switchgear, with an operating voltage of up to 6.6 kV. This unit is actually part of a trailer.

Thorough inspection on HDG thickness(5 sides in total)
Boda Precision was selected for this project from six competing facilities, following stringent examinations of its factory. The company specializes in steel fabrications, with typical products including steel structural elements, steel construction parts, steel welding constructions, welded steel structures, and custom welding assemblies and components, etc.
